Broccoli & Corn Saute

1/3 red onion, diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch broccoli, cut into spears and blanched, then diced
1/2 cup frozen corn
olive oil
salt, pepper, red pepper flakes as desired

Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.  Saute the onion until beginning to soften.  Add the garlic, stirring to prevent burning.  Add the broccoli and stir to coat with oil.  Add the frozen corn and stir and cook until the everything is hot.  Season to taste with salt, black pepper and/or red pepper flakes as desired.
