Wine Cake

1 package (18.25 oz) moist white or yellow cake mix
1 package (5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup white wine or champagne or reduced apple cider
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease one 10″ Bundt pan, and “flour” with ground almonds and/or cinnamon sugar.  In electric mixer bowl combine all ingredients, beating for 5 minutes.  Pour into prepared pan.  Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Let cake cool in pan on a rack for 10 minutes, then remove cake from pan to rack.  Let cake cool completely before slicing.
