Blueberry Sauce

1 cup blueberries
2-3 Tablespoons water
2-4 Tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste
1 Tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water

In a small sauce pan over medium heat, cook berries, water, sugar and lemon juice.  Add cornstarch & water and cook until thickened.

Ideas:

On pancakes.

Serve hot over sliced fresh peaches.

Blueberry Sundaes:  serve warm or cold over vanilla ice cream
