Spiced Roasted Cauliflower

Serves one, if you’re me.

1 small head of cauliflower, broken and cut into small florets
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the oven to 400.  Stir all the ingredients together, then spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking pan.  Roast for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until as done as you like.
