Egg Toast

Toast one slice of sourdough bread.

Spread with Best Foods Real Mayo.  Do not substitute.

Sprinkle on some fresh basil, if you like.

Slice a hard cooked egg into 4 or 5 slices and put in a single layer on top of the toast.

Sprinkle with kosher salt.

If you worked quickly, the egg will warm up slightly from the heat of the toast.  Or you could pop it in the toaster oven for a minute if you like.  Or not.  It’s yummy either way.
