To Try: Swiss Chard & Creamy Pasta

From Lakeside Organic Gardens, Watsonville, CA

1 lb. bunch Swiss Chard
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cooked pasta
salt & pepper
Chop chard (large ribs removed) into small pieces and saute in oil over med high heat along with the garlic and onion, stirring occasionally for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, cooked pasta, s & p. Stir well and serve.
Serves 4
