place oven rack in center position
preheat oven to 325 degrees F
place each whole egg in the cup of a muffin tin
bake for 30 minutes
remove eggs from muffin tin with tongs and place in ice water for 10 minutes
Ta da! There may be small brown spots on the whites from contact with the metal muffin tin, so this may not be best for deviled eggs that you want to be beautiful. But these peeled very nicely for me and were creamier than boiled eggs.
